Please note that your reservation is only valid after you have received a confirmation from us and is subject to the consumption of food.
Emails are processed until 4:00 p.m. daily. For same-day reservations, please call us directly at +49 (0)69 / 61 25 65.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms (for reservations of 10 or more guests):

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the reservation date

• Up to 3 days before: 30% of the menu price will be charged

• 1 day before: 90%

• Same day: 100%

The calculation is based on the agreed menu price.
If no menu has been agreed upon, a flat rate of €20 per person will be applied.

The final number of guests must be confirmed 7 days in advance.

Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or post).

The cancellation policy also applies in cases of reduced group size
(e.g. 70 guests reserved, but only 40 arrive).

By accepting the reservation, both parties agree to these cancellation terms.
